Consulting should leverage existing leadership with expertise, experience and practical recommendations for achieving results. A successful consulting engagement should sharpen and improve an organization’s methods and sustained ability for achieving results. And, while financial results are imperative to an organization’s mission they should still be serendipitous to effective care results – ultimately the best interest of the patient and family.
